Refund policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), you may return them within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same mint, unused condition as when they were delivered to you. They must also be in the original, undamaged packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or other indications of use.

Please note that sale items, discounted items, and clearance merchandise are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances. The discounted price reflects a final sale, and these items cannot be returned.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost or damaged during the return transit. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, your refund will be credited back to that card. If you paid by other means such as PayPal or a gift card, your refund will be issued via the same method.

Please note that it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution's policies.
